History's biggest mistakes
and links that don't work
I found a website talking about history’s biggest mistakes.
It didn’t mention me sending an email to a couple hundred people with links that don’t work…like I did yesterday. (sorry about that)
However, it did mention the below which you may remember:
NASA lost a $125 million Mars orbiter because a Lockheed Martin engineering team used English units of measurement while the agency's team used the more conventional metric system for a key spacecraft operation
So that makes me feel a little better.
